DELIVERY TERMS:

We offer delivery in France and internationally, to all member countries of the European Union, as well as to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States. Your parcel will be delivered by Colissimo or Chronopost.

All packages are dispatched within a maximum of seven (7) working days and are generally delivered within two (2) to three (3) working days from the sending of the shipping email. These delivery times are indicative and do not take into account any delays caused by external situations beyond our control.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically when the order is confirmed. For deliveries in France, shipping costs are free for any order over three hundred euros (€300).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number or link for the package, so you can track its progress.

Order tracking is done directly using the tracking link or number sent by email after the item has been dispatched by our Online Store.
