RETURN POLICY:

You have fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order to return it to our customer service for a refund. Any ordered item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original packaging with accessories and tags included.

To make a return, you must contact our customer service by e-mail or via the form available on the contact page, specifying the reason for the return and the tracking number of the returned package. Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense. The customer is free to choose their preferred carrier and bears sole responsibility for all costs, risks, and liabilities associated with shipping the returned product.

We will process your refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) business days. Upon receipt of the package, we will inspect all ordered items before accepting the return.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation regarding its refund. All refunds are made to the credit card or payment method used for the original order.

Orders placed on maisonandrera.com cannot be exchanged. A new order will be necessary to order the desired item.
