RETURN POLICY:

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of your order to return it to our customer service for a refund. Any ordered item must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in its original packaging with accessories and tags included.

To make a return, you must submit your request via your customer account available from the "My account" tab or contact us by e-mail or via the form available on the "Customer service" page, specifying the reason for your request. We will then provide you with a return slip to affix to the parcel to be returned. Please note that return shipping costs (a flat fee of €9.90 in Metropolitan France) are entirely at the expense of the Customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We will process the refund of your order within a maximum of fourteen (14) business days. Upon receipt of the package, we will check all ordered items before accepting any return.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email regarding its refund. All refunds are made to the credit card or payment method used during the initial order.

Orders placed on maisonandrera.com cannot be exchanged. A new order will be necessary to order the desired item.
